Where are my orders being fulfilled from?

All orders placed on THIS website are being fulfilled by our reliable printing partner, Cottony in Singapore.

Do you ship outside of Singapore?

Yes, we do ship outside of Singapore to selected countries. 

How much is shipping?

Cost and methods of shipping will be shown during checkout. You can also check Cottony's shipping information stated in the link below, don't be lazy lah. 

How fast will i receive my order after making payment.

Printing and processing takes 7 working days +/- depending on the queue for print upon confirmation of receipt of payment. Thereafter it will depend on your choice of delivery. If you should need the item urgently, do contact us before placing an order. See below.

Why 7 working days +/-?

The reason for 7 working days +/- is very simple, when an order is placed, Cottony will order the blanks for the order which typically arrives in 3-4 working days. Upon arrival, it will be queued to print. Cottony do have in stock blanks, however the price point is higher which means if choose those in stock blanks for printing, then YOU will be paying a lot more than what you are paying now. That said, if you are fine with paying a higher price due to urgency, contact us before placing an order and we will create a manual order for you to place the order. 

I wish to self collect, any options?

There is no self collection option available.

Do you have a physical retail shop?

We do not have a physical retail shop, rent in Singapore is expensive, you don't know meh?

Why is the print on my apparel bigger/smaller than what is shown on the website?

All visuals on our website are digital mockups and our apparel are DTF printed, thus the print might appear bigger or smaller depending the size of the apparel you choose.

Why your size S and size 5XL is same price?

Not good meh? We absorb the extra lah, we are THAT nice. 

How should I wash and care for my apparel?

Take care of your tee and your tee will take care of you. Wash inside out at 30°C or below, do not bleach, and hang dry whenever possible. Most importantly, DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ON THE PRINT. High heat can damage the print. If you really need to iron your tee, avoid the printed area. Don't say we never tell you ah. 

Wah! Your female models very chio, can intro?

Cannot lah. Our models are all AI-generated. You want us to intro you to who? 😂

Got discount code or not?

We don't do discount codes one lah. But follow our WhatsApp Channel for the latest promos and sales. It's the fastest way to get a heads up!

What is your return/exchange policy like?

I want something but i don't have the funds yet, can you reserve for me?

We do not have a reservation policy but the apparel are always available. Right here waiting for you. 

 I need to know the measurement of the apparel.

Measurements of the apparel are available on all product pages, below the Add To Cart button. Kindly refer to sizing chart before placing an order. 

I like the District Series but you don't have my district?!

Just contact us, we'll make sure your district goes up in 24 hours. 

Do you do customized designs?

Yes we do, contact us for rates. 

I am making payment but why is the payment to Cottony?

Cottony is our printing partner and they will be handling payment for us while we concentrate on creating more unique Sinkaporeans designs.
